Tourism Coordinator – AI Chatbot Trainer (German/English)

About the role

We are seeking a Tourism Coordinator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. In this remote position you will converse with AI models in both German and English, measuring their progress and improving their linguistic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate diverse and complex conversation scenarios for AI chatbots.
• Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and overall quality.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to enhance model performance.
• Document evaluation results and track improvement over time.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for language quality.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing, grammar, and linguistic nuance.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Excellent written communication in English and German.
