Tracking Operator for Handball Games

About the role

KINEXON is looking for a Tracking Operator to support the handball matches of SG BBM Bietigheim. You will be on‑site during game days, ensuring the KINEXON tracking system runs smoothly and provides accurate performance data for the club and media partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Handball Bundesliga games for SG BBM Bietigheim.
• Coordinate match‑day workflow for KINEXON equipment and personnel.
• Monitor the KINEXON system throughout each game and resolve any technical issues.
• Communicate with the club, referees and media providers to ensure data delivery.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team.
• Act as the communication link between the field (coaches, referees) and the technical team.
• Validate collected data and metrics after each match.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sports, especially handball.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with sports statistics.
• Flexible availability for home games, including weekends and up to 4 hours before kickoff.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to contribute ideas.
