Trainee Account Manager – German Speaker

About the role

Join a fast‑growing communications‑tech company as a Trainee Account Manager. You will start by learning the product suite and market, supporting senior colleagues and gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts. The role is designed to develop you into a full‑fledged Account Manager with clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offering and the market landscape.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling activities.
• Independently manage and sell to lower‑spend accounts.
• Prospect new clients via LinkedIn, strategic emails and other outreach methods.
• Build relationships, understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full responsibility for business relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and self‑motivation.
• Ambitious, determined and eager to succeed.
• Fluent German speaker.
