Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a pedagogical and platform expert to join our Professional Services team. As a Trainer, you will empower clients to become collaborative learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the "One-to-Many" training offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) from day one of client implementation.
• Develop a scalable learning ecosystem that drives long‑term platform engagement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client friction points.
• Host webinars, update Academy content, and contribute to the internal knowledge base (Confluence).
• Lead projects to improve the One-to-Many strategy, such as new webinar formats or gamified content.
• Participate in discovery meetings with Product Managers to share client adoption insights.
• Analyze training metrics and iterate on the catalog.
• Onboard and mentor new Trainers, taking ownership of a recurring team pillar.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a client‑facing Customer Success/Support role.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities with clear written and oral communication.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in the learning or education industry.

Required skills

• Experience with learning platforms and admin functions.
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge‑base tools.
