Training Consultant – Learning & Delivery

About the role

NIIT is seeking a results‑driven Training Consultant to join its Learning & Delivery team. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions that support employees, managers and retail partners across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended learning programs.
• Coach and support employees, managers and retail partners through development and change initiatives.
• Develop and enhance modern learning concepts, training materials and digital learning solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on optimizing sales, service and leadership processes within the retail network.
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical coaching and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, managers and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or HR developer.
• Extensive experience in the automotive retail or dealership environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement and evolve training, coaching and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of leadership, communication, change management and digitalisation.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany.
• Degree in education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable qualification.
