Training Consultant – Learning & Development

About the role

As a Training Consultant you will combine training, coaching and learning concepts to support employees, managers and trading partners in their professional and personal development. You will work exclusively for a leading automotive manufacturer, delivering modern learning formats across its dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, moderate and deliver face‑to‑face, online and blended learning programmes.
• Coach and support employees, managers and trading partners during development and change processes.
• Create and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials and digital learning formats.
• Provide advice to optimise sales, service and management processes in the retail environment.
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical support and follow‑up measures.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, managers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed studies in education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or personnel developer.
• Solid experience in the automotive trade or car‑dealership environment and knowledge of relevant sales, service and management processes.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and evolving training, coaching and development measures.
• Strong knowledge of leadership, communication, change management and digitalisation.

Required skills

• Experience with modern learning technologies and learning platforms.
• Ability to develop blended learning and e‑learning solutions.
• Knowledge of digital learning formats and tools.
