Training Consultant – Remote

About the role

NIIT is seeking a remote Training Consultant to support a leading automotive manufacturer and its dealer network. You will combine training, coaching and learning design to foster professional and personal development across employees, managers and trading partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, moderate and deliver face‑to‑face, online and blended learning programmes.
• Coach and support participants through development and change initiatives.
• Create and evolve modern learning concepts, training materials and digital formats.
• Advise on optimizing sales, service and management processes within the retail environment.
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer with practical follow‑up and support.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, managers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed studies in education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or personnel developer.
• Solid background in the automotive trade or car‑dealership environment, including knowledge of sales, service and management processes.
• Proven experience designing, implementing and refining training and coaching measures.
• Strong understanding of leadership, communication, change management and digitalisation.
• Experience developing modern learning concepts and digital formats such as blended learning and e‑learning.
