Training Coordinator

About the role

NIIT is seeking a Training Coordinator to join its Operations team in Germany. You will act as the primary contact for local stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions and supporting the customer’s learning delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client training needs and determine the number of sessions required per site.
• Initiate, modify, complete, or cancel training session requests as needed.
• Organise training sessions according to trainee availability and expectations, ensuring proper execution.
• Coordinate with the Indian team for any updates or changes to training programs.
• Follow up on attendance, invoicing, and completion of training activities.
• Maintain adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
• Provide Level 2 learner support.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in learning delivery management or operations.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of the training landscape in Germany.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Legal right to work in Germany (job permit).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone or another LMS (advantage).
• Strong MS Office, Excel and SharePoint skills.
