Training Lead – DACH Region

About the role

WorkShop is seeking a Training Lead to drive the training strategy for Sonos across the DACH region. You will design, implement and evaluate learning programs that empower retail partners and sales associates, using both digital and face‑to‑face formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive training strategy for DACH retail partners via LMS platforms, webinars and live events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to create engaging training content aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute workshops, seminars and other live training sessions.
• Build and manage a digitally led community engagement platform to reach sales associates at scale.
• Use data and analytics to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at partner retailers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience delivering training in a retail environment.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to handle event logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and regions.
