Training Simulator Production Manager – Eurodrone

About the role

As the Training Simulator Production Manager you will lead the production, delivery and acceptance of the Eurodrone Training Simulators for Airbus Defence and Space. The role is based in Manching, Germany and involves close collaboration with internal experts and external suppliers to ensure the simulators meet the programme’s high‑fidelity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end production process of Eurodrone Training Simulators.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers from contract award through final delivery and acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with the central simulation framework, governance, processes and tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support development, integration and verification of the Eurodrone system.
• Manage documentation, quality checks and schedule adherence for all simulator components.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production management within a complex, technical environment.
• Strong ability to work with international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent coordination skills for managing multiple external suppliers.
• Familiarity with aerospace or defence simulation projects is a plus.
