Transportation Audit & Compliance Specialist

About the role

Amazon’s Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team is seeking an organized self‑starter to join as a Transportation Audit & Compliance Specialist. Based in an Amazon corporate office, you will travel periodically to assess carrier compliance and support risk‑management initiatives across our Middle Mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct carrier audits to verify compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigations into suspicious carrier activity and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate compliance projects, identify blockers, and escalate issues to ensure timely completion.
• Deliver audit findings to carriers and coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Carrier Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records of audit activities, compliance status, and follow‑up actions.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall compliance program.

Required profile

• Highly proficient in spoken and written German (CEFR C1).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Polish (CEFR C1).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English (CEFR C1).
• Demonstrated experience in compliance program management, audit, legal, governance, risk management, or loss prevention.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
