Travel Brand Writer & AI Trainer (German/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Travel Coordinator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage with the bots in both German and English, measuring their progress, testing their logic, and crafting novel conversations to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse and complex conversational scenarios for AI chatbots.
• Interact with bots in German and English to assess their responses.
• Evaluate output quality for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Identify and solve issues that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar travel‑focused role.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
