Travel Consultant (Amadeus) – Frankfurt

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our Frankfurt office. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day travel operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, visa and other travel reservations.
• Process bookings, ticketing, reissues, cancellations and travel changes using the Amadeus GDS.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after travel.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and travel partners.
• Monitor booking accuracy, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Good knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, reservations and travel operations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• German (B2 or above) and professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Frankfurt or elsewhere in Germany.
