Trust & Safety Program Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a proactive Trust & Safety Program Manager to help protect and empower our platform users – couriers, customers, and merchants. You will work closely with the Global Manager of Personal and Road Safety to scale safety strategies worldwide and ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Drive local personal and road‑safety improvements across markets, aligning regional actions with the global strategy.
• Analyse market‑level safety trends and incident data, identify risk hotspots and turn insights into concrete actions.
• Design, launch and monitor targeted safety initiatives that reduce incidents and improve outcomes for couriers and other users.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as NGOs, public authorities and local regulators.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Legal, Policy and Operations teams to roll out safety improvements at scale.
• Optimise incident‑management tools and processes for effectiveness and scalability.
• Conduct deep‑dive investigations of safety incidents, uncover root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the rollout of best‑practice safety standards and create training playbooks for local teams.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning, Trust & Safety, Risk or a similar field, preferably within a platform environment.
• Proven ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable safety programs.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including experience working with external agencies and authorities.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
