Trust & Safety Program Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a proactive Trust & Safety Program Manager to help protect and empower our platform users – couriers, customers, and merchants. You will work closely with the Global Manager of Personal and Road Safety to scale safety strategies worldwide, ensuring a safe experience for everyone on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive local personal and road safety improvements across markets while aligning with global strategy.
• Analyze market‑level safety trends and incident data to identify risk areas and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Design and implement targeted safety programs that reduce incidents and improve outcomes for couriers and other users.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, public sector bodies, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Legal, Policy, and Operations teams to scale safety improvements.
• Optimize incident management tools and processes for effectiveness and scalability.
• Conduct deep‑dives into safety incidents, uncover root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support rollout of best practices and safety standards across regions and enable local teams through training and playbooks.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning, Trust & Safety, Risk, or similar fields, preferably within a platform environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable safety improvements.
