User Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

Almedia is looking for a seasoned User Acquisition Team Lead to own and scale its marketing engine. You will drive growth for a fast‑moving company that rewards intensity and rapid ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the overall user acquisition and marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams across paid media, influencer marketing, and other growth initiatives.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation and performance.
• Launch new marketing projects from concept to scale, identifying untapped opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, VP of People, and other stakeholders to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading multi‑channel user acquisition efforts.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for C‑level audiences.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑ownership teams in a fast‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
