User Growth Manager – TikTok LIVE

About the role

The LIVE Operations team at TikTok is building a scalable, high‑performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. As a User Growth Manager you will own the end‑to‑end user strategy for the German market, using data to boost engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy covering acquisition, retention and monetization.
• Analyze user behavior—including viewing, gifting and conversion funnels—to generate actionable insights.
• Build and continuously optimise user segmentation and lifecycle programs.
• Design, launch and iterate data‑driven campaigns such as gifting incentives and activation programs.
• Plan and run A/B tests, evaluate results and scale successful experiments.
• Collaborate with product, creator operations, data and other cross‑functional teams to drive impact.

Required profile

• Experience in user operations, growth, data analysis or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn insights into execution.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Preferred experience in live‑streaming, social or creator platforms and familiarity with gifting or subscription monetisation models.
