UX/UI Designer – Remote (AI‑native Finance Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join Nooxit’s product team remotely. You will shape the user experience of our AI‑native finance automation platform, used daily by finance professionals across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑powered workflows, including document processing, compliance dashboards and agentic task monitoring.
• Create and maintain a scalable component library and design system.
• Develop complex data visualisations such as dashboards, review queues, audit trails and exception‑handling flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder workshops to validate concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering from ideation to shipped features.
• Leverage generative and AI‑assisted design tools to prototype and iterate faster.

Required profile

• Strong product design fundamentals (user flows, IA, interaction and visual design) with a portfolio of shipped SaaS products.
• Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise interfaces, especially back‑office or multi‑step tools.
• Understanding of AI interaction design – communicating model outputs, confidence and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, component‑based design and developer handoff.
• Comfort using AI‑assisted design tools in the workflow.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
