Vice President of International Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of International Sales to lead and scale our global sales strategy from Germany. This senior executive will drive revenue growth across defence, government, industrial and unmanned‑systems markets, building and managing a worldwide reseller and partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global sales strategy targeting commercial, industrial, government and defence sectors.
• Build, scale and manage an international reseller and partner network aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and capture foreign military sales (FMS) opportunities and cultivate long‑term relationships with government and defence stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the international sales team, ensuring performance, capability building and succession planning.
• Oversee reseller pipelines, forecasting, business planning and performance tracking.
• Prioritise key international markets for expansion and evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business development teams to align market feedback with product strategy.
• Represent the organisation in high‑level customer meetings, partner engagements and strategic travel.
• Organise annual reseller meetings, training programmes and partner enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical discipline or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 10‑15+ years of international sales experience, preferably with technical or mission‑critical systems.
• Proven track record in foreign military sales, government programmes or defence‑related business development.
• Demonstrated experience leading global sales organisations and scaling reseller or partner networks.
