VIE Operations – Mechanical System Integration (Hamburg)

About the role

Airbus is looking for a motivated graduate to join the Mechanical System Integration (MSI) Operations team in Hamburg for a 24‑month VIE assignment. Starting 1 July 2026, you will support the MSI Operations Serial department, contributing to the installation and integration of mechanical systems on civil aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational progress on technical topics and development activities.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned deliverables.
• Gather, formalise and cascade customer requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare cost and resource planning reports and status updates.
• Lead progress meetings and follow‑up actions within the multi‑functional team.

Required profile

• University degree in industrial engineering, aviation or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• First practical experience in project management or engineering processes.
• Fluent English (C1) and basic German (A2).
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
