VIE – Program Management Office (PMO)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Program Management Office (PMO) in Donauwörth on a 24‑month VIE contract. The role offers hands‑on experience in supporting program planning, monitoring and reporting within a leading helicopter manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program and project schedules, including work‑breakdown structures.
• Track milestones, monitor performance and produce regular status reports.
• Apply visual project‑management techniques to communicate progress.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement PM processes and tools, ensuring consistent usage across teams.
• Create, update and control process documentation.
• Manage document exchange with partner companies.
• Provide user support for PM tools and systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Project‑management experience, preferably with recognised tools.
• Experience working in transnational or multicultural teams.
• Strong self‑management, organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; additional French, German or Spanish is a plus.
