Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of a fast‑growing digital academy that helps entrepreneurs build trade‑based businesses. Based in Germany but working fully remotely, you will own the online academy platform and shape its learning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and optimisation of the virtual business academy platform.
• Design and expand training programmes for technicians and entrepreneurs across multiple home‑service verticals.
• Build, coordinate and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors and operational staff.
• Drive student enrollment, engagement, retention and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Align academy strategy with the broader business vision while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or digital learning.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in scaling digital education products.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to design structured processes, juggle multiple priorities and drive execution from concept to delivery.
