About the role

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Insulator (m/f/d) to join our team in Bamberg. The position is full‑time and open to qualified craftsmen as well as career changers who are eager to work with thermal and cold insulation systems and fire‑protection measures.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble insulation systems for heat and cold applications.
• Carry out fire‑protection tasks in building projects.
• Perform on‑site installation and mounting activities.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure precise and careful execution of work.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial insulator or any other craft qualification.
• Driver’s licence class B.
• Willingness to work on‑site and perform mounting tasks.
• Attention to detail and a careful working style.
• Customer‑oriented and independent work attitude.
• Career changers are welcome; prior experience in industrial insulation or fire protection is a plus.
