About the role

Join The Social Hub as a Waiter/Waitress and become the energetic, friendly face that welcomes guests across our vibrant European locations. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, moving between the dining floor, bar, and kitchen to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and serve food and beverages accurately.
• Anticipate and address guests’ needs before they are asked.
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and minor issues with calm, friendly problem‑solving.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural hospitality instinct.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
