Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our fast‑growing robotics business in Munich. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods across international borders, optimise supply‑chain processes and support our expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, unload and load goods using forklift operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise supply‑chain lead times.
• Select and manage third‑party logistics partners to improve efficiency and cut costs.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and shipping agents to guarantee timely, cost‑effective transportation.
• Monitor shipments, address transit issues and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Control logistics expenses, negotiate favourable terms with service providers and suppliers.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and import/export management, preferably in technology or robotics.
• Experience working in Germany or Western Europe.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
