Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns for iMile’s e‑commerce logistics network. You will work closely with partners, transportation providers and internal teams to maintain high service standards and accurate inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliation.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes and inventory reports.
• Track warehouse performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support compliance with company policies, safety standards and operating procedures.
• Assist with warehouse projects, system implementations and employee training.
• Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous.
