Warehouse Operator

About the role

Crystal Air is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support its growing HVAC and heat‑pump projects. The role involves managing material flow on construction sites, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient storage to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site set‑up, positioning of accommodation for material and internal/external logistics routes.
• Pre‑plan usage of key assets such as MEWPs and ensure optimal project sequencing.
• Manage inbound supply‑chain deliveries, log them onto the client tracker and unload to storage or containers.
• Transport materials from site storage to work areas (typically 1‑2 km) and organise nitrogen packs and other supplies.
• Liaise with teleporter drivers, crane operators and construction managers to align logistics with the build programme.
• Conduct toolbox talks, engage early with project planners, commercial managers and project managers.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues proactively, including setting up off‑site staging areas when required.

Required profile

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possession of IPAF certification, teleporter ticket and safe pass.
• Experience in manual handling and basic first‑aid knowledge (not critical).
• Ability to work on‑site, coordinate teams and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
