Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join JD Logistics as a Warehouse Operator, where you will play a key part in ensuring efficient handling of goods within our fulfillment centers. You will help maintain smooth order processing and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations in a technology‑driven logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders following established procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by labeling, scanning, and loading them onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by operational needs.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification may be required)
