About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee shift operations at our logistics site in the Diemelstadt area. In this full‑time position you will combine operational strength with leadership skills to ensure smooth daily warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities during your shift.
• Manage and support operational staff.
• Ensure productivity targets are met.
• Monitor KPIs and overall operational performance.
• Guarantee compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience as a shift lead or team supervisor.
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, or production.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Good German or English language skills.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• German driver’s license (or equivalent).
