Werkstudent/Praktikum AI Innovation Marketing

About the role

In this role you will join the Western Europe Marketing team, supporting business execution while accelerating AI adoption and automation across the region. You will work at the intersection of marketing, data and AI projects, delivering day‑to‑day impact and helping build smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with analytics, reporting, presentations and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Drive the rollout of AI use cases and identify automation opportunities to improve speed, quality and scalability.
• Translate data into actionable insights and work with cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance decision‑making.
• Test and iterate new tools and approaches, using Excel and exposure to BI/AI tools.

Required profile

• Studies in Business, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Solid Excel skills; Python, SQL, BI or AI tools are a plus.
• Fluent German and good English.
