Workday Recruiting Lead

About the role

As a Workday Recruiting Lead you will join Accenture’s Workday Business Group to help clients maximize their Workday investment. You will work with a team of advisory professionals delivering integrated, cloud‑based HR solutions that drive transformation and improve talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM and Recruiting domains.
• Design and deliver functional solutions that align with client objectives.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies throughout the engagement.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on HCM and Recruiting functionalities.
• Independently lead workstreams, track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with client counterparts to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Workday Recruiting or HCM projects.
• Strong client‑facing and advisory skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage stakeholder expectations.
