Working Student – A400M Production Control

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a working student to support the A400M Production Control team in Manching, Germany. The role offers around 18 hours per week for a period of 6‑12 months, allowing you to combine your studies with hands‑on experience in a military aircraft MRO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, track and visualise KPIs related to production progress and missing parts.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, quality and other departments to resolve production issues and participate in meetings with customers.
• Maintain and update production control databases and provide general administrative support.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives within the production control area.
• Assist with data analysis to identify trends and optimisation opportunities, potentially using Airbus AI tools.

Required profile

• Enrolled as a full‑time student at a university or higher‑education institution.
• Available to work approximately 18 hours per week, preferably on‑site in Manching.
• Strong interest in aerospace, MRO and production control processes.
