Working Student – Accounting & General Ledger

About the role

Airbus Operations is seeking a motivated working student to support its Accounting & General Ledger team in Bremen. You will gain hands‑on experience with financial statements, account reconciliations and internal controls while working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting tasks such as account assignments, postings and clarifications.
• Participate in reconciliation processes between the general ledger and sub‑ledgers, especially for personnel costs.
• Support the preparation and processing of financial statements for Airbus entities.
• Contribute to internal control activities and documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time student in economics, business administration or a related field, preferably with an accounting focus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Team‑player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP accounting systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
