About the role

Join EQS Group’s Culture & People team as a Working Student and gain hands‑on experience in HR while completing your studies. You will support daily HR operations in a dynamic, international environment located in the heart of Munich.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, paperwork, and document management.
• Help organise training sessions, workshops, and development programmes.
• Learn and apply labour‑law compliance, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, or specific topics to aid decision‑making.
• Participate in special projects like policy reviews, diversity initiatives, or process improvements.

Required profile

• Enrolled at a German university or college, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employee development.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
