Working Student – Customer Service AOS & Continuous Improvement

About the role

Join Airbus Operations as a Working Student supporting the Airbus Operating System (AOS) and Continuous Improvement team. You will work approximately 18 hours per week at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site, contributing to customer service processes and data‑driven improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the AOS & Continuous Improvement team in daily customer service activities.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for process optimisation.
• Participate in Lean projects and help implement standardised work methods.
• Take ownership of a small improvement project and present results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Procurement, and Digitalisation.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time university student (any discipline).
• Available to work up to 18 hours per week, respecting the 20‑hour limit during term time.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement and data analytics.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
