Working Student – General Procurement (15 hrs/week)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a working student to support its General Procurement organisation. The role is based in the Munich area (Taufkirchen/Ottobrunn) and starts in November 2026 for a nine‑month fixed‑term. You will work around 15 hours per week, gaining hands‑on experience in a global procurement environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project‑based support to General Procurement buyers.
• Welcome newcomers and introduce them to team members and communication channels.
• Deliver administrative assistance to the Munich General Procurement team.
• Plan and organise local team events.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time student in Business Administration or a related field.
• First practical experience in procurement or supply management is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional German, French or Spanish is a plus.
• Organised, flexible, proactive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
