Working Student in Strategic Procurement (15‑18 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space as a Working Student in Strategic Procurement. You will support the Strategic Aerostructure Procurement team for 12 months, working 15‑18 hours per week while continuing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tender processes, including setting up Non‑Disclosure Agreements, requesting and evaluating offers, and preparing selection reports.
• Support the set‑up and management of contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Develop project plans, reporting schemes, and analyse relevant KPIs.
• Participate in active risk management for the procurement perimeter.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time in a university program.
• Interest in strategic procurement and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to work 15‑18 hours per week for the duration of the assignment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
