Working Student – Innovation Management

About the role

As a Working Student in Innovation Management at Bosch Rexroth, you will help set up the new innovation and trend management landscape, implement the software platform, and support AI solution testing across business units. You will act as a key contact for training materials and standards, and contribute to the design of internal communication tools. The position also offers personal and professional growth through dedicated mentoring, constructive feedback, and continuous support from your advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup of the innovation and trend management landscape by implementing the software platform and structured processes across business units.
• Support testing and deployment of AI solutions within R&D processes, collaborating with various Bosch entities to increase speed and efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate training materials while defining internal and external standards.
• Design and update the internal website and Docupedia documentation to ensure up‑to‑date information for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Innovation Management or a comparable field with good grades.
• Fluent in English and very good German language skills.
• On‑site presence required (Lohr am Main).
