Working Student – Operational Quality Management & Business Improvement

About the role

Join Satair’s Quality Europe team in Hamburg as a Working Student supporting operational quality management and business improvement initiatives. You will work around 18 hours per week for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, gaining hands‑on experience in the aviation aftermarket.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Europe operational department in daily quality‑related tasks.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Airbus Operating System (AOS).
• Collect, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to business‑improvement projects and governance processes.
• Prepare documentation, data extracts and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time at a university or higher‑education institution.
• Available to work up to 20 hours per week (approximately 18 hours).
• Strong interest in aviation, quality management and process improvement.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and in a team.
