Working Student – Product Data & Analytics

About the role

As a Working Student in Product Data & Analytics you will support the RX Product Domain by turning product and customer data into actionable insights. You will work side‑by‑side with Product Managers, engineers, UX designers and AI specialists, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving e‑health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product and customer data to spot trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to monitor product performance and business KPIs.
• Support product experiments by preparing datasets, measuring outcomes and evaluating feature impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven product improvements.
• Explore and apply AI tools, including Generative AI, to enhance internal processes and the customer experience.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Document analyses, experiment results and best practices for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI or a related field.
• Curious, analytical and eager to learn, with a strong interest in turning data into product value.
• Experience with data analysis through university projects, internships or personal projects.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Required skills
