Working Student – Sales (Berlin)

About the role

Buddywise is looking for a motivated Working Student to join its commercial team in Berlin. This part‑time position (up to 20 hours per week) offers hands‑on experience in B2B sales at a deep‑tech startup that combines AI and computer vision to improve workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enrich prospect and account lists using modern sales tools.
• Prepare daily call lists and concise briefs for the sales team.
• Set up, run, and optimise outbound campaigns.
• Maintain a clean CRM and support sales reporting.
• Assist with trade‑show preparation, meeting booking and live scheduling.
• Gradually take ownership of customer conversations, starting with warm follow‑ups.
• Identify promising industries and accounts for growth.
• Contribute to refining scalable sales processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Communications or related).
• Available for at least six months and able to work up to 20 hours weekly.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Confident communicator who enjoys phone conversations.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data and lists.
• Passionate about applying technology to real‑world safety challenges.
• Fluent in English; German or Swedish is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Experience with sales tools such as Clay.
• Familiarity with outbound campaign platforms like Lemlist.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Attio) is advantageous.
