Working Student – Widebody Cabin & System Installation Integration

About the role

Airbus Commercial is looking for a full‑time university student to join the Widebody Programme Cabin & ESI/MSI integration team in Hamburg‑Finkenwerder. The working student will support cross‑functional activities, project lifecycles and risk management for cabin and system installation integration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead in strategic, de‑risking and continuous‑improvement initiatives across multiple projects.
• Prepare and deliver project‑management milestone documents following the programme methodology.
• Identify and drive risks and opportunities within the Cabin, ESI and MSI perimeter.
• Support crisis management and arbitration between programmes, line‑fit and in‑service teams.
• Contribute to Widebody Programme governance and help establish new ways of working.

Required profile

• Enrolled as a full‑time student in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Available for approximately 18 hours per week, respecting the 20‑hour limit during term time.
• Strong interest in aircraft cabin systems, integration processes and programme management.
