Workplace IT Specialist – Internal Systems & Support

About the role

Cardmarket is looking for a Workplace IT Specialist to own and continuously improve the internal IT environment. You will ensure that employees have secure, reliable access to the tools, systems, and devices they need to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding access for all internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, etc.) and maintain role‑based permissions.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot) and Azure AD/Entra ID, including shared mailboxes and distribution lists.
• Enforce password policies and access‑control best practices, support audits and act as the first point of contact for internal security matters.
• Provide daily IT support, troubleshoot account, permission, tool and device issues, and maintain a lightweight ticketing system.
• Own the full device lifecycle – ordering, configuration, assignment, repairs, replacements and off‑boarding – while keeping an up‑to‑date asset inventory.
• Ensure reliable office internet connectivity, liaise with providers and coordinate setup for new office spaces.
• Organise training sessions and create simple guides on tools and security awareness for employees.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, administration or workplace IT.
• Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and identity/access management solutions (Azure AD, Okta or similar).
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and solid understanding of user access management, device management and basic IT security.
