25 Guns Engineer – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

About the role

The 25 Guns Engineer will join Tesla's 25 Guns Taskforce at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. You will tackle critical‑path projects that require rapid problem‑solving and a strong sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high‑impact engineering projects within the 25 Guns taskforce.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Ensure all work complies with Tesla’s Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) policy and EMAS requirements.
• Provide documentation and examples that demonstrate exceptional engineering performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience or a proven record of outstanding achievements.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Commitment to sustainability principles in daily work.
