About the role

We are seeking an experienced A320 Captain for a long‑term contract with a well‑established operator in Germany. The position offers a stable environment, a fixed roster of three weeks on‑site and one week off, and is based in Germany.

Key responsibilities

Operate the A320 aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command in accordance with all regulatory and company procedures.
Adhere to the fixed roster of 3 weeks on / 1 week off while maintaining operational readiness.
Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient flight operations for each sector.

Required profile

Current EASA ATPL licence.
Valid and current A320 type rating.
Previous PIC experience on the A320.
ICAO Level 4 English or higher.
Right to live and work in Germany.
Immediate availability.
