Account Executive

About the role

GoodHabitz is looking for an energetic Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team. You will be the face of the company for prospective organisations, using storytelling and data‑driven prospecting to generate and close new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify new B2B prospects across multiple channels.
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase GoodHabitz’s learning platform and its impact.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline using lead‑generation techniques and sales‑intelligence tools.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of surpassing targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs.
• Proactive, critical thinker who brings fresh ideas to the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
