Account Manager – Automotive Fluids (DACH)

About the role

We are seeking a field Account Manager for the DACH region to lead and expand our automotive fluids aftermarket business. The role is fully remote with a company car provided, and you will act as the primary contact for customers in the coolant/antifreeze and brake fluid segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships in the automotive fluids aftermarket.
• Negotiate contracts and steer technical and commercial projects with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and acquire new customers, drive cross‑selling and price‑management initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and fairs.
• Contribute to digitalisation projects and support regional strategy development.

Required profile

• Technical or business degree (master’s preferred) or equivalent professional training.
• Several years of experience in automotive fluids technologies and aftermarket sales.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, account planning and customer relationship management.
• Fluent German and advanced English communication skills.
• Proactive team player with intercultural competence and a growth mindset.
