About the role
ChefCoco is a fast‑growing corporate caterer in Europe, serving top employers such as Audible, HelloFresh, and SoundCloud. As an Account Manager in the Growth Team, you will own the end‑to‑end relationship with corporate customers, from onboarding to long‑term partnership, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, ensure a smooth launch, and gather early feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with office managers and workplace teams through regular check‑ins and on‑site visits.
- Monitor account health metrics, including engagement, usage, and operational performance.
- Identify pain points and collaborate with Operations and Kitchen teams to improve service quality.
- Proactively spot growth opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Provide consistent support across all touchpoints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a client‑facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive problem‑solver who works independently.
- Strong communicator able to turn data and feedback into actionable insights.
