Account Manager – DE Marketplace

About the role

Join JD.com’s fast‑growing marketplace team as an Account Manager for the German (DE) marketplace. You will work directly with third‑party sellers, helping them launch and grow their shops on Joybuy while contributing to JD.com’s global e‑commerce strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise relationships with 3P sellers aligned with Joybuy’s marketplace strategy.
• Identify new businesses, guide them through the full shop‑setup process and onboard them onto the platform.
• Collaborate with both well‑known brands and small creative businesses to ensure their ongoing success.
• Assist sellers in using JD.com tools and services to expand across multiple product categories.
• Analyse market trends and internal data to uncover growth opportunities for sellers.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal departments to create solutions that benefit sellers and customers.
• Track and achieve targets for seller account management and growth.
• Stay informed about product areas, customer needs and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing seller or partner accounts in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret market and performance metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
• Goal‑oriented and capable of meeting defined performance targets.
