About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of small‑business clients in a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will translate performance data into actionable insights, ensure smooth project delivery, and help clients achieve measurable results through SEO and paid‑media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 40‑60 small‑business accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact.
• Lead regular client meetings, prepare agendas, share performance updates, and align on priorities.
• Translate digital‑marketing metrics into clear business outcomes and present recommendations.
• Coordinate client requests with internal SEO and Paid Media specialists to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and follow‑up documentation.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and support retention strategies.
• Maintain organized client documentation and account records in the management system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Previous experience in a digital‑marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead client meetings, present results, and communicate recommendations confidently.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
